The NM Supreme Court just delivered a massive victory for critics of Project Jupiter, a massive AI data center for Oracle and OpenAI being built in southern New Mexico. The court unanimously decided on Aug. 23 that the data center’s air quality and water usage permit processes should be temporarily halted.
